Foie gras is traditionally a luxury food, enjoyed on special occasions such as Christmas and New Year. It's no surprise then that one of Monaco's luxury restaurants, the Vistamar has created a number of dishes to celebrate this special ingredient. From 20 to 30 November, for 29 euros, you can choose to have your foie gras au naturel, with sweet potato puree, sauteed, grilled, in a millefeuille with fish, or in a risotto. It's tempting enough to enjoy a little luxury every day.
