Cycle races around the port

Official start of the most famous cycling race in the world.

Tour caravan leaves at 10.30. Cyclists start from Rascasse corner at Port Hercule, with the official start in the Place du Casino.

Circuit closes at 12.30 and the first cyclist sets off at 16.00, followed by another every minute. Last competitor arrives back at the port around 19.30, after which the first yellow jersey will be presented. Circuit reopens at 20.00.
