The GemlucArt exhibition starts today in the Auditorium Rainier III.
The 11th International Competition of Jazz Soloists, organized by the Academy of Music of the Fondation Prince Rainier III, in collaboration with the Monte Carlo Jazz Festival and Monaco Jazz Chorus. The 3 finalists are Alexandra Grimal from France (saxophone), Bolla Gabor from Hungary (saxophone), and Simon Wyrsch from Switzerland (clarinet). Playing for prizes of 1500 euros, 1000 euros, and 700 euros, the winner will be invited back to give a concert during the 2010 Monte Carlo Jazz Festival.
After the competition, jazz rock fusion by 3+.
