Zest for charity

The first charity dinner organized by Zest has been a spectacular success.

Located in the recently refurbished commercial area of the port, Zest is fast becoming a favourite of Monaco's food connoisseurs. At the beginning of May, the restaurant organized a charity dinner to benefit the Fondation Prince Albert II de Monaco. Resident chef Ronan Kervarrec worked together with Michelin 3 starred Yannick Alleno, who was specially invited to design the delicious menu.

The evening raised 16 888 euros for the Foundation's work in protecting the environment and promoting sustainable development. In addition to the proceeds from the dinner, a further 6 000 euros was raised through the auction of an Imperiale Chateau d'Yquem Sauternes 1984 signed by Prince Albert.
