Yesterday the 25th Spring Arts Festival (Printemps des Arts) started.
Over the next 2 weeks until 18 April, the theatres and halls of Monaco will be filled with music. The Printemps des Arts takes place every year at the beginning of spring and provides a welcome musical interlude between the end of winter and the start of the summer festivals. After the success of last year's in-depth portrait of Beethoven, it's the turn of another composer, Schubert. Also on the program are Kurtag, some less well known composers from Germany, France and Spain, and a special cello evening at the Oceanographic museum. We'll be listing some of the concerts here on maBoum, so check back regularly if you're planning a night out in Monaco.
