Celebrations for Alain Ducasse's 3 star restaurant

By invitation only, from 16th to 18th November, Alain Ducasse celebrates his Louis XV restaurant's 25th anniversary. 200 chefs from 25 countries, with 300 Michelin stars between them are invited.

Mediterranean market in the Salle des Etoiles, with the best regional products, live cooking by chefs, shows, demonstrations and tastings.

Gala dinner prepared by 10 international chefs using Mediterranean ingredients. Guests include Joel Robuchon, Michel Guerard, Danish chef Renne Redzepi, American David Chang, and Australian Tetsuya Wakuda.

If your invitation isn't forthcoming, you can still celebrate in the Louis XV with its 25th anniversary menu, price 280 euros (with suggested wine an additional 145 euros). Dishes include San Remo prawns, rock fish gelee, caviar, duckling breast, and hazelnut souffle.
