Celebrating the Island of Skye
A gala banquet and charity auction to launch the Maison d'Ecosse, and celebrating the food, whisky, music and culture of the Scottish Island of Skye. Individual place 500 euros, table with 10 places 4500 euros. Price includes:
- 19:00, whisky and champagne reception, Talisker whiskies tasting with expert Charles Maclean
- music by Glasgow folk/rock band Admiral Follow, and John Thomson on bagpipes
- 20:00, 7 course Scottish tasting menu by chef Michael Smith of the Three Chimneys restaurant, accompanied by wine:
