From 12th to 23rd October, Monaco's food and drink establishments bring a taste of Bavaria to the Principality.
Brasserie de Monaco Oktoberfest weekend
On 12 and 13 Oct, with specially brewed Octobeer made with Munich organic malt, and traditional food including sauerkraut, pretzels and flammenkueche. Music on Friday provided by the Bavarian group Tyrolfest, and on Saturday by Zen Trio. The Brasserie team don lederhosen and dirndls for the occasion.
The Jeune Chambre Economique de Monaco are holding their annual Oktoberfest party in the Brasserie on 12th October.
Cafe de Paris Oktoberfest week
14-23 Oct, daily 19:00-0:30.
The 7th edition of Cafe de Paris' transformation into a Munich beer tent, serving premium beers from the Weihenstephan Bavarian state brewery, and specially imported German food. Music is proved by Echt Guat, led by Michael Stumberger and accompanied by Bavarian singer Bettina Stadler. For teetotallers, health drink Xan Wellness, enriched with xanthohumol derived from hops, is available. Information and reservations +377 98 06 36 36.
The Gousse d'Ail celebrate with an annual Sauerkraut Party in the Cafe de Paris on 22nd October.
