Serving South African dishes and specialities
From 29th September to 6th October, Cafe de Paris welcomes the chef of Johannesburg's Emperors Palace, Dobby Doolooa. Working with Jean-Claude Brugel, the chef is creating South African dishes for diners to enjoy on the specially covered cafe terrace.
The culinary tribute to South Africa begins on Saturday with a Gala Night concert by Johnny Clegg in the Salle Garnier, followed by a dinner on the terrace. Prince Albert and Princess Charlene are expected to attend.
