Hotel chain Relais et Chateaux celebrates the Fete de la Gastronomie with the theme Terroirs: Creation Et Tradition. As a member establishment, Monte Carlo Beach is participating in the festival with a special menu "a prix doux", created by Chef Paolo Sari. For one day only, the 3 course menu is available at lunchtime for 39 euros per person:
- starter: carpaccio of cooked and raw artichokes with mature Parmesan
- main: 3 ducks: Barbary duck with orange, confit with pasta, and foie flavoured with Campari
- dessert: autumnal apples and pears
- including a glass of Cotes de Provence, and coffee
