Gourmet dinner and wine tasting

Networking evening with food and Australian wine tasting for 85 euros per person, all inclusive:

  • sparkling aperitif with amuse bouche
  • blue shrimp minestrone, bergamot ginger brith (sic), caviar pasta
  • roasted sea bass fillet, lemon thyme sweet potato, vanilla, starfruit
  • wild cherry jus sorbet
  • braised farm veal, rosemary, summer vegetables
  • burrata buffalo milk flower, blackcurrant apricot fruit paste
  • infused wood strawberries, lemon verbena yogurt sorbet, meringue fingers
  • coffee, tea, petit fours

Each course is teamed with a Bellvale wine. The dinner is limited to 32 seats only and is attended by a special guest from Australia, Bellvale Winery owner John Ellis.

Bellvale is a small, family-owned winery in a region that mirrors the terroir of Burgundy. It produces cold-climate and long-living Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Wines are not available in shops, supermarkets, nor on the internet, and normally retail at 25 to 40 euros per bottle.
