3rd edition of culinary festival
From 28th November to 2nd December, young Russian chefs cook alongside local chefs. Igor Shurupov of the Moscow Accenti is working with Jean-Claude Brugel of Cafe de Paris, and Andrey Rykvine of Moscow Pantagruel with Marcel Ravin of Blue Bay. The Russians have trained in Moscow and St Petersburg hotels.
Russian musical evening
On 1st December, the Cafe de Paris' Salon Bellevue hosts a Russian musical evening and tasting of Franco-Russian specialities as part of the festival.
Monaco Russian gastronomy week is the 2nd part of the Cote d'Azur's Franco-Russian culinary festival. The 1st part takes place from 1st to 5th September in various restaurants in Cannes, Juan les Pins and Nice. For more information visit the event website: Saisons de la Gastronomie Franco-Russe.
