New World wines and seafood tasting

An evening of seafood matched with New World wines. Professional Bradley Mitton provides tasting guidance for five wines from various premium wine regions in the southern hemisphere. Seating is limited to thirty.

  • grilled marinaded baby calamri with SAAM Sauvignon Blanc 2011, Paarl, South Africa
  • grilled queen scallops with Sliding Hill Sauvignon Blanc 2011, Marlborough

  • grilled whole red mullet with Woodlands Shiraz Rose 2011, Riverina, Australia
