Two pianists compete for the Monte Carlo Piano Masters 2012:
- both must interpret Chopin's 13th Nocturne in C minor
- a mini recital of pieces chosen by the jury from the works interpreted in the quarter and semi finals
- a concerto chosen by the jury from two proposed by the pianist, and accompanied by the Monte Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Philippe Bender
