Tasting, dinner and party
On A'Trego's rooftop terrace, an outdoor tasting of 4 wines from the Marlborough region of New Zealand, including the launch of a premium sparkling rose. Led by New World wine professional Bradley Mitton, tickets cost 60 euros per person for menu and wine:
- Allan Scott Les Joues Rouges Sparkling Pinot Noir Rose, with gravlax, yuzu dressing and crystalized lemon
- Sliding Hill Sauvignon Blanc 2011, with tuna tartare, pomegranate, wasabi and lime
- Sliding Hill Chardonnay 2009, with cod, white cocobeans and chorizo
- Sliding Hill Pinot Noir 2009, with lamb cutlet, gnocchi and sweet sour cherry
- declinaison d'ananas (pineapple prepared in a variety of ways)
- coffee or tea, petit fours
Followed by partying until late.
