The Association Slow Food Monaco Riviera Cote d'Azur is enjoying a spring dinner with a Monaco Beer theme. Celebrating the tapping of Brasserie's barrel of spring beer, with a menu devised using Piedmont products by chef Laurent Godano of the Explorers Pub, including a slow, fast food burger.
