British style ale brewed in Monaco

Brasserie de Monaco has spent the cold winter months industriously creating a new brew to celebrate the arrival of spring. The 6% beer has been top fermented, is not too bitter, and has a floral aroma thanks to the use of new, aromatic hops.

Traditionally, spring beer is considered to be the best of the year because before refrigeration, external temperatures were ideal for fermentation. In addition, brewers could use freshly harvested barley and hops.

Brasserie de Monaco's spring brew is on sale from 21st March, while stocks last:
