Association Monaco-Japon celebrates Hina Matsuri at the Menard Institute.

Japanese Doll Festival, or Girls' Day, is held annually in Japan on 3rd March. Young Japanese girls display ornamental dolls dressed in the traditional costume of the emperor's court in the Heian period (AD 794-1185). To mark the festival, several activities and workshops are being organized.
