Jointly organized by the venue and Foodies Cooking. Price 60 euros per person includes 3 glasses of wine selected and presented by the Cave de Max's Max Minto, paired with dishes on the menu:
- peking duck and hoisin sauce spring rolls
- chicken satay with peanut sauce
- sea bream with ginger,lemongrass and chives blossoms
- marinated beef rolled in spicy asian herbs with pomelo salad
