Executive Chef of the Hotel de Paris, Franck Cerutti has created a special menu to match the wines:
- duck foie gras in quince gelee with 2004 Champagne Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque
- confit of reinettes apples
- Normandy scallops with black truffle, chicory and salsify with 1998 Champagne Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque
- roast Bresse pigeon with 2004 Pape Clement Pessac Leognan Rouge and 2006 Pape Clement Pessa Leognan Rouge
- Monalisa potato puree with salmis sauce
- Pineapple and lime delice, pineapple sorbet, with Champagne Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque Rose
