Six courses showcasing Cosmopolitan's cuisine, matched with six wines from Australian and New Zealand boutique suppliers. Bradley Mitton presents wines from Hunter Valley, the Pyrenees in Victoria, Perth Hills in Western Australia, and Marlborough in New Zealand.
