Marking 100 years of the mountaineering club
From 7th to 12th November, as part of the Club Alpin de Monaco's centenary celebrations, a festival with the theme Montagnes et Climats (montains and climates). A special stamp is being issued and a number of other events organized, including climbing 100 summits, a walking holiday in Slovenia, a 24 hour cycling and climbing return trip to the Italian 3297m summit L'Argentera.
The festival consists of several French language presentations and films, as well as stands by regional parklands, clubs, artisans and artists:
- free entry to exhibitions and artists, 12:00-20:00
- conferences 7 euros or 10 euros, students half price
- free entry to Saturday conferences
