One of a series of classes on wine
New series of wine tasting sessions with Chef Sommelier Dominique Milardi. Classes can be taken in English or Italian and cost 48 euros, which includes:
- explanatory booklet
- glass of wine
- something to nibble
- mineral water
- bottle of wine relating to the class
- 29th September, red and white wine making
- 13th October, how to build a collection, buying, management, errors to avoid
- 27th October, Alsace
- 10th November, sweet wines and liqueurs
- 24th November, mineral waters
- 8th December, matching wine with food
- 22nd December, Champagne, choosing your festive wine
