Cookery class

A 1 day introduction to cooking with chef Jean-Caude Brugel, chef de cuisine Michel Lions and their team. Participants are taught to prepare 3 courses: a starter, hot main dish and dessert. Prepared food is tasted by chefs and their guests either in the Salon Eileen Gray or the Deck Restaurant. On completion, participants receive a diploma and a gourmet souvenir.

  • 130 euros per person for class, aperitif and tasting
  • couples receive 50% discount for the 2nd person
