New restaurant menu celebrating the grape
Chef des Cuisines at the Novotel, Frederic Ramos, creates a new menu around the theme of "Le raisin dans tous ses etats" (the grape in all its forms) to celebrate the arrival of autumn. Menu:
- a sangria of forgotten, small vegetables
- Fred's poached egg with fresh crayfish
- duck foie gras with Rattes potatoes and large roasted white grapes
- seasonal spiced fruits baked with organic red wine
Attending the evening is David Gaugue, representing the Clos de Caveau vineyard in Vacqueyras, which has been producing organic wines since 1989.
