20th edition of gala for Monaco's hospitality industry
Organized by the Association des Industries Hotellieres Monegasques to present awards to hospitality professionals including:
- Jean-Rene Palacio, Artistic Director, Monte Carlo SBM
- Marcel Ravin, Chef de Cuisine, Monte Carlo Bay Hotel
- Christophe Dupuy, Chef de Cuisine, Maya Bay Restaurant
- Robert Calcagno, Director, Oceanographic Museum
- Joel Robuchon, Chef de Cuisine, Joel Robuchon Monte Carlo
In addition to trophies awarded to professionals, there's a tombola to raise money for Monaco Disease Power, and 80s themed entertainment from Brown Sugar.
