21st Monaco Yacht Show
From 21st to 24th September, annual meeting for boating and luxury professionals, media and public. Around 500 exhibitors with industry expertise, and 100 super yachts (see below) from 25-90 m long.
During the event, two prizes are awarded, the Prix du Design for innovation, and the Green Plus Yacht Award for construction in compliance with environmental regulations. Also this year, Thierry Mugler's Spire Boat is to be on show.

98 super yachts have confirmed their attendance, including:
- Seven Seas, 86.01 m, largest yacht in the world
- Cakewalk, 85.6 m, largest motor yacht constructed in the USA
- Hemisphere, 44.2 m, largest sailing catamaran in the world
- Imagine, 64 m, tribute to John Lennon and the Beatles
- Mugler Spire Boat, 9.5 m, designed by Thierry Mugler
- Big Fish, expedition yacht
- Snowbird, 39 m, floating modern art gallery
- Zefira, 50 m, designed by Dubois, high speed, Sailing Yacht of the Year
Once again the MYS organizers are supporting the Monegasque Muscular Dystrophy Association (AMM) by donating 50% of ticket sales. Funds raised by the Only Watch charity auction will also benefit the association. In addition, the event is supporting the Fondation Prince Albert II's Wood Forever project, which campaigns against deforestation. Organizers are to donate 40,000 euros, helping raise awareness among yacht builders of the need to use sustainable wood.
