Extracting honey, potting and tasting
From 9:00 to 12:00, first honey harvest of the hives on the roof terrace of the Museum of Stamps and Coins. Honey is extracted, put into pots and tasted, in the presence of school children. The event is part of the program "The Bee, Sentinel of the Environment" which Monaco joined last March.
