4th edition of trade fair celebrating Italian produce

Originally planned for June 2011, the Monte Carlo Food and Wine Festival has been rescheduled for 10th to 12th February.

Promoting Italian and European produce from small and medium sized enterprises. With tastings of organic products, including wines made from grapes grown to the music of Mozart. Also presenting the Fondation B.IN.G.'s Bibliotheque Internationale de Gastronomie, which aims to protect the bibliographic heritage of 4,000 manuscripts from the 13th century onwards.
