Mumm Champagne for the 3rd edition of the Menus de Legende., Escoffier's red dinner menu was created to celebrate the victory of an English gentleman at the tables in Monte Carlo, having placed his chip on red. Includes smoked salmon, saddle of lamb, strawberries and Mumm Brut Cordon Rouge.
