Restaurant and champagne bar with breathtaking view
On the 7th floor of the Fairmont Hotel, Horizon is open from breakfast to dinner. Its large terrace takes in views of the port, Rocher, opera house, casino, sea and coast towards Italy. For the new season, chef Maryan Gandon has developed a new restaurant menu, continuing the "chic and ethical" concept. This year's offering is called "Chef Maryan's Choice".
