In partnership with Montblanc, special menu entitled "l'Amour aux 6 sommets":
- creamed cauliflower with caviar
- scallop cannelloni
- medallions of monkfish
- carpaccio of veal with horseradish mascarpone and truffle shavings
- bitter chocolate mousse
- creamy almond dessert infused with liquorice
During the evening there will be a competition with the prize of a Montblanc Star silver bracelet with "I love you" charms.
