FRENCH LANGUAGE workshop for kids

As part of the 3rd Forum of Cultural Associations, atelier Mariote e gali : une tradition du Noel monegasque. Traditionally given to young girls in the shape of dolls (a mariota) and to boys in the shape of cockerels (u galu), e mariote e i gali are small cakes made from fougasse pastry, with sugared almonds (i cunfeti) for eyes and mouth, and red and white sugared aniseed decorating the body.

Proceeds from the workshop will be donated to the Monaco association InterAction and Soldarity, to help educate Kenyan children.
