Gastronomic food and drink to taste and buy
From 26th to 29th November, daily from 10:00 to 19:00, organized by Promocom. This year's theme is Vegetables in Bloom and Fantastic Fruits. Entry 5 euros, free during the week from 12:00 to 14:00, free for children under 12.
There are around 120 exhibitors, and several professional associations associated with the show including the Convivium Slow Food South East France and Monaco, which awards the Slow Food Prize and the Chroniqueurs Gastronomiques Prize. Others involved are the Association Monegasque des Sommeliers, Association des Maitres d'Hotels Italiens et Francais, Association des Barmen de Monaco, the Confrerie de l'Etiquette du Mentonnais, the Grand Cordon d'Or, Monaco Gout et Saveurs, and the Association de l'Industrie Hoteliere Monegasque.
A space is dedicated to professional chefs, who will be sharing recipes and giving demonstrations:
