Cocktail mixing show and competition
Organized by the FFFB (French Federation of Flair Bartending), Bacardi, Paris Bar Academy, and the WFA (World Flair Association) as part of MICS. The top 12 flair bartenders from around the world prepare 1 mojito Bacardi original tea and 1 cocktail using working flair (full bottles), and 1 Bacardi superior cocktail using exhibition intuition (limited quantity). Points are awarded for technique, style and fluidity. Total cash prize 20,000 euros. Professional jury:
