Learn from a top class chef

Classes given by chef Jean-Claude Brugel and his second in command Michel Lions. Price 130 euros per person, 50% reduction for 2nd person of a couple. Price for lunch guest 70 euros. Dates:

  • 25 Sep - bouillabaisse
  • 5 Oct - wild sea bass
  • 13 Oct - forest floor cuisine

Typical day includes:

  • Breakfast briefing at the Deck restaurant
  • Distribution of notepads, instructions, toques and aprons
  • Kitchen work: starter, main, pastry
  • Aperitif
  • Sampling prepared dishes
