Tickets initially sold out within a couple of weeks, so from 7th December 2 more rows of seats are on sale. Architects allowed for adding extra seating during the 2003-2005 renovation of the Salle Garnier. Also note that the originally planned concert Handel and his Rivals has been changed. After viewing the hall, Bartoli decided that the operatic setting was more suited to the costumes and theatrical nature of her latest CD, Sacrificium, which pays tribute to 18th century Neopolitan castrati.
