Monaco RnB and hip hop
In partnership with the Association des Jeunes Monegasques (AJM), Nrj Radio Alpes Azur (99.8 fm) and La Rascasse Club, Vlad Scala & La Lobby. La Lobby are Rika, Did, Lukkins and DJ Ram, winners of FestivalShow 2009 in Italy. They join Vlad to create La Lobby International.
