- Artichoke salad with parmesan

- Culatello di Sauris salami and brioches
- Ricotta and spinach raviolis with butter and sage
- Langoustines with pureed potatoes
- Fresh pineapple flavoured with Sicilian mandarin oranges
- Pandoro (sweet bread) with chocolate sauce
