From 22 to 27 January, the Monte Carlo Rally starts with two and a half days of reconnaissance, after which the competition begins.
- Thu 24 Jan in Gap, shakedown stage (3.35km) followed by official departure and night trial
- Fri 25 Jan in Drome and Alpes de Haute Provence, time trials
- Sat 26 Jan in Gap, time trials followed by journey to Monaco
- Sat 27 Jan in Alpes Maritimes, time trials, final day of competition
