4th edition of organic festival

From 11 to 14 October, an annual festival promoting organic products, local gastronomy and eco-friendly practices. During the four days, there's an organic market at quai Antoine 1er, culinary competitions for children, chef demonstrations, and gala dinners.

Initiated by chef Paolo Sari, the Michelin-starred chef of Monte Carlo Beach Hotel, and organized by the Bio Chef Global Spirit Association, the festival aims to finance the construction of a hospitality school in Madagascar.
