Burgundy wines provided with the dinner include Domaine Faively Ladoix 2013, Domaine Leflaive Bourgogne 2012, Domaine Tollot-Beaut Savigny-Champ-Chevrey Premier Cru Monopole 2012, and Domaine de la Vougeraie Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru 2012.
