Organic festival

From 12 to 16 October, an event promoting organic products, local gastronomy and eco-friendly practices. During the five days, there is an organic market at quai Antoine 1er, tennis competitions at Monte Carlo Country Club, cooking competitions, chef demonstrations, and organic cocktails and gala dinners at Monte Carlo Beach Hotel. Initiated by chef Paolo Sari, the Michelin-starred chef of Monte Carlo Beach Hotel, the festival aims to finance the construction of a hospitality school in Madagascar.
