- 20:00, debate attended by special guests government minister Jean Castellini and Michel Ducros of Fauchon and Monaco Marine
- 20:45, dinner with selection of wines

Monte Carlo Wine and Business Club (WBC) is part of a European network of business leaders and amateur wine buffs.
