Annual rally for electric cars
From 22 May to 3 June, electric cars make their way from Lviv in Ukraine, to the Place du Palais in Monaco.
The Electric Marathon departs from a different city each year and finish in Monte Carlo.
The winner is determined by the accuracy of a team's estimated finishing time, rather than by speed.
Organizers aim to promote modern, environmentally friendly technologies, raise awareness of the need to save energy and initiate the construction of a vehicle charging station network.
