An illustrated talk by art historian Dr Sighle Bhreathnach-Lynch about the mural art that decorates the oratory of the Dun Laoghaire Dominican Convent and the artist Sr Concepta Lynch.

A small oratory was built in the convent in 1919, Sr Concepta Lynch was asked to decorate one of the walls. The project developed so that over 16 years the nun had painted every surface of the oratory. It is now considered to be a gem of ornate Celtic art.
