A day trip to Liguria, with lunch and wine and olive oil tasting, in the company of Bradley Mitton and Fairmont Monte Carlo Chef Sommelier Massimo Sacco.

Transport is provided in mini-coaches, with visits to Tenuta Anfosso vineyard, olive oil tasting and a late 5-course lunch at Osteria Au Casun in Bajardo. Following lunch, guests are invited to an aperitif at the Villa Eva Beach Resort in Latte, Ventimiglia.
