The Rencontres Philosophiques take place every second Thursday of the month starting in October. Initiated by Charlotte Casiraghi and three philosophers, the aim is to introduce school children to philosophic discussion. Speakers include Michel Serres, Umberto Ecco, Julia Kristeva, Jean-Claude Carriere, Helene Cixous and Amartya Sen.
