Marking Universal Children's Day, a performance of the Moscow Loktev Ensemble.

The first half of the evening includes a performance by students of the Prince Rainier III Music Academy.
Established in 1937, Loktev is composed of around 60 young people, aged 7 to 17, who interpret traditional dances.
Organized by the Direction de l'Education Nationale, de la Jeunesse et des Sports (DENJS).
