A 4-course dinner with New World wines, art and fashion. Menu:
- aperitif
- amuse bouche with Two Brothers organic sauvignon blanc 2014
- blue lobster summer roll, avocado, carrot coriander, with Sliding Hill sauvignon blanc 2014
- filet of John Dory OR supreme of chicken, with Sliding Hill pinot noir 2012
- passion dacquoise, dulcey cream, red fruit sorbet, with Pommery champagne
- coffee and petit fours
Price is 85 euros per person, which includes the menu, a fashion show of dresses by Berlin designer Bibi Bachtadze and jewellery by Oberig, and a presentation of three artists; Line Thordarson, Caroline Broissand and Felix Valdelievre. During the evening there is a charity auction in aid of Fondation Prince Albert II (FPA2), and the event ends with a Champagne after party.
